Check-in & Check-out Time: Check-in from 1:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Check-in ID: Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID — it's required for all guests at check-in.
Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM. Please maintain silence and respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No loud music, parties, or disruptive noise after 10:30 PM.
Kitchen & Meal Timings:
No Cooking in the Kitchen: Guests are not permitted to cook or prepare food in the kitchen. All meals are prepared exclusively by our staff — please place your orders with the team.
Bonfire: Provided only during the severely cold weeks between November and March, subject to weather conditions and availability.
₹500 per sessionRoom Heater: Available on request during the colder months.
₹400 per dayNo Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas — please help us keep things peaceful for other guests and the surrounding community.
Personal Belongings: Please take care of your own valuables and electronics during your stay — SamathaStay isn't responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Children: Please supervise children at all times — management cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident involving a child.
Property Damage: Any damage to the homestay's property, crockery, or furnishings caused by a guest may be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings made through OTAs (Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.) follow that platform's own cancellation policy. For bookings made directly with us: cancelling 7 or more days before check-in gets a 50% refund; cancelling within 7 days of check-in, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable. If a guest seriously violates our house rules, management reserves the right to ask them to leave without a refund.
Advance Payment: For offline bookings, 50% of the total amount is required in advance to confirm your booking.
Balance at Check-in: The remaining balance needs to be paid at check-in.
Clearing Your Bill: Your total stay and food bill must be settled in full before your check-out date. If your check-out is early morning, before 9:00 AM, please clear the bill the night before.
Food on Check-out Day: Any food ordered on the day of check-out is charged and collected separately at the time of the order.
Save Energy: Please switch off lights, fans, geysers, heaters, and other appliances when not in use or when stepping out.
No Littering: Please dispose of all waste in the designated dustbins, both inside and outside the property.
Respect the Mountains: Help us preserve the beauty and quiet of this place by treating the property and its surroundings with care.
Cooperation: We ask all guests to cooperate with management and staff, and to follow reasonable instructions given for everyone's safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
